Spiced Up Deviled Eggs
  • 1 dozen peeled, hardboiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 3 oz. Sweet and Spicy Tabasco or other hot sauce
  • 2 tsp. turmeric

Cut all the eggs in half, lengthwise.

Scoop out the yolks and place them in a large bowl, reserving the egg whites for later.

Add the mayonnaise, turmeric and hot sauce.

Mix the yolks & seasonings to a smooth creamy paste

Fill each egg white half with yolk mixture. Tip: place the mix in a plastic baggie and snip the corner off to easily squeeze the mix into the whites. Sprinkle each half egg with curry powder to taste.
