Creamy Coleslaw

Servings: 8-10


1 head cabbage, sliced thin

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice

1 tablespoon grated onion

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds


Shred cabbage, put in large bowl. Stir together all other ingredients. Pour over cabbage and mix well. For variety add diced onion, pepper, celery, tomatoes or shredded carrots.
