Flat Italian Parsley

Garlic and Herb Steaks

Prep: 15 minutes Grill: 10 minutes


Salt and pepper

2 beef T-bone steaks, cut 1 inch thick

3 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. snipped fresh flat Italian parsley

1 Tbsp. snipped fresh oregano

2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper


1. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks over medium heat until desired doneness, turning once halfway through grilling. Allow 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare (145°F) or 12 to 15 minutes for medium doneness (160°F).

2. For sauce, stir together oil, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper. Spoon sauce on top of steaks for the last 2 minutes of grilling. Serves 4.
